Kapsch TrafficCom AG in Vienna seeks a Group Controller to ensure precise budgeting, forecasting and performance management across the organization. You will drive financial analyses, harmonize reporting and support executives with strategic insights.

The role requires collaboration with international subsidiaries and cross-functional teams. We expect a university degree in finance/control and strong Power BI skills, IFRS expertise (IFRS 15/16), and excellent communication.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or Business Informatics.
• Strong IFRS knowledge including IFRS 15/16 or related consolidation principles.
• Advanced Power BI skills for dashboards and reporting environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities for Executive Management.

Aufgaben

• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting at Group level with regional subsidiaries.
• Prepare monthly management reports with high data quality and consistency.
• Drive standardization of Group Finance processes across Controlling, Accounting and Finance.
• Perform variance analyses and ad hoc financial evaluations for management.
