Qualifikationen

• Commercial or technical vocational training, ideally complemented by further education in procurement or purchasing.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to coordinate across functions.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement forward-looking sourcing strategies for electronic components, taking into account cost, quality, supply security, and risk management
• Independently lead and execute local and global procurement and optimization projects
• Evaluate, source, and introduce new or alternative components in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Ensure long-term availability of strategic purchasing items at competitive conditions
• Conduct contract and price negotiations and build sustainable supplier partnerships
• Contribute to complaint management, change management, and product management processes
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain in an international matrix organization
