Zusammenfassung

Magna International in Austria seeks a Senior Core Buyer to lead sourcing and procurement for platform projects. You will manage supplier relationships, drive negotiations, and support early project RFQs to ensure cost efficiency and reliable supply.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in automotive electronics.
• Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and ERP/MRP experience.
• Knowledge of JDE is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Drive sourcing and procurement activities for platform projects and product areas.
• Manage supplier relationships, lead negotiations, support RFQs.
• Ensure material availability and production continuity via global sourcing.
• Coordinate RFQ processes, supplier inquiries, quotes, and cost analyses.
• Act as purchasing interface for platform projects and cross-functional teams.
• Develop supplier relationships and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain platform price libraries and cost models, support strategic sourcing.
