Voith Group in Austria seeks a Teamlead Commercial Project Management to lead a team of Commercial Project Managers and manage the commercial, contractual and financial aspects of complex international projects with a focus on large-scale initiatives.

The role combines people leadership with deep commercial project expertise, ensuring transparent financial performance and close collaboration with Project Management, Engineering, Legal, Tax, Finance and Insurance.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, engineering or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in Commercial Project Management in technology-driven industrial context.
• Experience managing international projects with large volumes.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a team of Commercial Project Managers with coaching and performance management.
• Ensure comprehensive commercial management across project lifecycle including offers and execution.
• Oversee budget, cash flow, risk and opportunity management and contract compliance.
• Provide guidance in complex commercial situations and ensure transparent financial reporting.
• Support claim strategies, change orders and commercial negotiations.
• Drive margin, forecast quality, and integration with project teams across functions.
• Collaborate with Legal, Tax, Finance and Insurance for an integrated approach.
• Lead standardisation and digitalization of commercial processes including AI/RPA initiatives.
