Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently graduated with a University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Event Management
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• First experience with events or Red Bull events is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset
• Energetic, proactive and able to work independently
• Entrepreneurial mindset with team spirit
• Social/digital native
• Student Marketeer experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of global partnership strategies through research, coordination and documentation
• Assist in creating partnership briefings, agendas and guidance for events across markets
• Contribute to merchandising projects from concept to production follow-up and manage global shipping/logistics
• Coordinate with partners and internal stakeholders for smooth communication during planning and execution
• Maintain internal databases and update presentation materials for Global Brand Projects
