Job summary

Red Bull Brand Marketing GmbH invites applications for an Internship in Global Partnerships. You will support worldwide student projects, coordinate with local teams, and help execute partner activations across markets.

The role is fast-paced, hands-on and focused on seamless project delivery. Ideal candidates are currently studying or recently graduated in Business/Marketing/Event Management, fluent in English, with a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset and some event experience.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently graduated with a university degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Event Management.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• First experience in working with events; Red Bull events are a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office—Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional attention to detail; process-driven and structured thinking.
• High commitment, flexible, proactive and energetic with a positive attitude.
• A fast learner who is self-motivated, well-organized and able to work independently.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a problem-solving mentality and a team player attitude.
• Experience in the field as a Student Marketeer is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support global partnership strategies with research, coordination and documentation.
• Build and share partnership briefings, agendas and guidance for events with countries.
• Coordinate with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication during planning.
• Contribute to merchandising projects from concept to production follow-up and logistics.
• Maintain and update internal databases and presentation materials for Global Brand Projects.
