Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently graduated with a University Degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). German is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
• Quick learner and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Interest in event planning and execution, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of internal conferences, trainings, and employee experiences.
• Coordinate lunches, venues, travel, visas, and hotels to ensure smooth events.
• Collaborate with Red Bull HQ stakeholders to align on content and objectives.
• Assist with admin tasks, checklists, progress tracking, and documentation.
