Zusammenfassung

WW Talents is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support & Sales Agent to join an international team in Athens, Greece. You will handle inquiries via calls and email, providing first-line support across mobile, internet, and TV services, with opportunities to upsell and renew contracts.

The role requires German at C1, English at B2, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset in a target-driven setting. Relocation support is provided, with a comprehensive training program and bonuses based on KPI

Qualifikationen

Fluent or native-level German with at least C1 proficiency.
English proficiency at B2 level for training and internal communication.

Aufgaben

Handle German-speaking customer inquiries via inbound calls and email.
Provide technical support for mobile, internet, TV, billing, and account management.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
Cross-sell and upsell to grow account value.
Support contract renewals and customer retention.
Document interactions, cases, and solutions accurately.
Deliver high-quality customer experiences while meeting performance targets.
