WW Talents in Athens seeks a German-speaking Customer Service & Technical Support Agent to provide after-sales support for premium household appliances. You will troubleshoot product issues and assist customers via phone, email, and chat, while documenting interactions in Salesforce.

English support for UK/Ireland may be required. Relocation is provided in a dynamic, international environment with AI-powered tools.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent or native-level German with C1 proficiency.
• English proficiency at B2-C1 level for training and internal communication.
• Experience in customer service, customer support, technical support, helpdesk, call center, or contact center is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
• Ability to confidently use Salesforce.
• Customer-oriented, professional, and solution-driven mindset.
• Comfortable working in an international and dynamic environment.

• Provide German-speaking customer service and after-sales support via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot product functionality and technical issues related to household appliances
• Handle customer inquiries regarding deliveries, refunds, and product-related concerns

• Assist English-speaking customers from the UK and Ireland when required
