Relocation is provided. Working hours are on-site with rotating shifts, and a 14-month salary with bonuses is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent German with C1 proficiency.
• English at B2 level for training and internal communication.
• Experience in customer service, support, or sales is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good PC skills and familiarity with digital tools.

Aufgaben

• Provide high-quality German-speaking customer support via inbound calls and email.
• Deliver technical support and troubleshoot issues related to mobile services, internet, TV, network connectivity, data roaming, PIN/PUK, and other technical matters.
• Assist customers with billing questions, account activation, and account management.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Perform cross-selling and upselling activities.
• Support contract renewals and customer retention efforts.
• Handle cancellation-related inquiries and contribute to maintaining customer loyalty.
• Accurately document customer interactions, cases, and solutions.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience while meeting quality and performance targets.
