WW Talents is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service & Technical Support Agent in Athens to provide after-sales support for premium household appliances. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot product issues, and assist English-speaking customers as needed.

The role emphasizes documenting interactions in Salesforce, delivering professional service, and thriving in an international, dynamic environment.

Qualifikationen

• German language fluency with C1 proficiency.
• English proficiency at B2–C1 for training and internal communication.
• Experience in customer service or related fields preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
• Proficient with Salesforce and other CRM tools.
• Customer-oriented and solution-driven mindset.
• Able to work in an international and dynamic environment.

Aufgaben

• Provide German-speaking customer service and after-sales support via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot product functionality and technical issues for household appliances.
• Handle inquiries about deliveries, refunds, and product concerns.
• Document customer interactions and manage cases in Salesforce.
