Job summary

WW Talents in Athens, Greece, is looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to provide professional support across phone, email, and chat, helping customers with inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.

This on-site role (Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts and rotating hours) offers a 1,300 EUR gross monthly salary (14 months) plus bonuses, with a full relocation package including hotel accommodation, real estate fee, flight, and airport

Qualifications

• German language at C1/C2 level.
• English at B2-C1 for training and internal communication.
• Experience in customer service is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with general inquiries, product and service information, orders, and account-related requests.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records using CRM and customer support systems.
• Deliver friendly, professional, and solution-oriented support throughout the customer journey.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Follow company procedures, service standards, and quality guidelines.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
