Job summary

WW Talents in Athens, Greece, is hiring a German-speaking Customer Support & Sales Agent to handle inbound calls and emails, providing support for mobile, internet, TV, billing, and account management. You will troubleshoot technical issues, identify sales opportunities, and contribute to cross-selling while ensuring a high-quality customer experience and meeting performance targets.

The role offers a €1,300 gross monthly salary (14 months), a KPI-based sales bonus, productivity bonus,

Qualifications

• Fluent or native-level German (C1)
• English (B2) for training and internal communication
• Prior experience in customer service, support, tech support, call center, telecom or sales is advantageous
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Good PC skills and comfort with digital tools
• Familiarity with mobile devices and telecom services
• Ability to work in a target-driven, performance-oriented environment
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and contribute to cross-selling and retention

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality German-speaking customer support via inbound calls and email
• Deliver technical support and troubleshoot issues related to mobile services, internet, TV, network connectivity, data roaming, PIN/PUK, and other technical matters
• Assist customers with billing questions, account activation, and account management
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services
• Perform cross-selling and upselling activities
• Support contract renewals and customer retention efforts
• Handle cancellation-related inquiries and contribute to maintaining customer loyalty
• Accurately document customer interactions, cases, and solutions
• Deliver an excellent customer experience while meeting quality and performance targets
