German-Speaking Junior Sales Rep: DACH Demos to AE

Zusammenfassung

Rankscale GmbH is seeking two German-native student interns to run real product demos with real prospects from week one, qualifying SMB and lower-mid-market leads in the DACH region. This four-month role offers a path to full-time as an Account Executive if mutually a fit.

You will own discovery, demo, and follow-ups, handling objections and closing or escalating cleanly, on camera and in English/German. This hybrid office-first role is based in Vienna with relocation as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Native German speaker (DACH is our home market).
• Strong English (clients outside of DACH region & our internal language).
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Confident on video calls: you can hold a conversation and not fold under pushback.
• Contagious positive energy: extroverted, lifts the room, makes prospects want to keep talking.
• Quick learner: you can absorb a complex product in two weeks (with guidance).
• Available 20-25 hours/week on fixed days, in our Vienna office.

Aufgaben

• Run product demos for SMB and lower-mid-market prospects globally, including in the DACH region (in German)
• Own discovery, demo and follow-up for your pipeline; close deals or escalating cleanly
• Learn the product cold. You will be the expert in the room on the call
• Manage your pipeline in our CRM with discipline
• Feed product, marketing and pricing insights back to the team weekly (AI-driven)
• You will report to our CEO Mathias
