Zusammenfassung

Rankscale GmbH is seeking a Front-End Developer / Product Designer to own the look and feel of our product, turning AI visibility data into intuitive dashboards. You will design, build, and iterate onboarding flows and workspace features, then ship directly with the CTO and CEO to keep design and code aligned.

The role emphasizes independent decision-making, strong data UI skills, and delivering enterprise-ready interfaces in a startup environment.

Qualifikationen

• Strong design sensibility with a portfolio showing you can make data products look and feel great.
• Ability to implement your own designs in React; you ship, you do not hand off.
• Experience designing data-heavy UIs (tables, charts, time series, filtering) with usability and hierarchy.
• Ability to work independently, make product decisions, and drive both design and frontend without heavy spec documents.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tooling (nice-to-have).
• Experience with Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first frameworks (nice-to-have).
• Familiarity with Firebase / Firestore on the frontend (nice-to-have).
• Background in SaaS products serving enterprise clients (nice-to-have).

• Translate complex AI visibility data into clean, intuitive dashboard experiences, designing and building them yourself.

• Work directly with the CTO and CEO to ship new design fast with quality, ensuring design and implementation stay in sync.

In 12 months, you will be the person who defines how Rankscale looks and feels, owning both the design system and its implementation as we expand to new markets, engines, and scale our user base.

At Rankscale, we are building software to help hundreds of brands (such as Bosch, REWE, L'Oreal, Publicis Groupe) monitor and improve their visibility in AI search engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity. We are looking for people who embrace AI tooling to 10x what they are capable of.

We are scaling fast and need someone who can own our frontend and product design, turning complex AI visibility data into interfaces that are not just functional but genuinely beautiful.

Reports to: Sascha Rehbock, CTO. Works with 2 other full-stack developers, CEO, and CPO.

• Pioneered AI Search Visibility in 2024 as one of the first platforms in the space
