Who are we?
Redefining accounts payable.
Springtime Technologies helps finance teams turn accounts payable from a manual cost centre into a source of real-time financial intelligence. Invoicetrack puts every invoice on a single platform, uses AI trained on each customer's own invoice history to resolve the exceptions that broke every earlier tool, and shows finance leaders exactly where to act first.
Founded in 2004 by AI pioneers and headquartered in Austria, we are a fast-growing team of finance and technology specialists, with teams in Germany, the UK, Finland and the Philippines. Our technology serves 200,000+ users in 75+ countries, and we measure ourselves by customer outcomes.
The Role.
Full stack. Full ownership.
We are growing our .NET engineering team and are in a serch of senior full-stack engineers. The team builds the Invoicetrack platform, from the back-end services to the interfaces customers work in, in close collaboration with product management.
You are a senior engineer with real ownership. You design, build and run what you ship, and you help shape how the team works. One of these roles carries stronger technical leadership: setting standards, guiding design decisions and raising the quality of the whole team. If that is you, tell us.
What will you do?
Ship software finance teams rely on.
- Build across the stack. Design and deliver features end to end, from .NET 10 services and RESTful APIs to React front ends, and agree clear API contracts with the front-end engineers you build them with.
- Shape the architecture. Lead back-end architecture and data modelling decisions on SQL Server, applying clean architecture and domain-driven design so the platform stays scalable, fast and maintainable.
- Set the quality bar. Establish coding standards and best practices through code review, design discussion and example, and give feedback that helps other engineers improve.
- Work with product. Turn product problems into technical solutions with the product manager, and push back when there is a simpler or better way.
- Run what you build. Work with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines, Docker and Kubernetes deployments and monitoring, and keep improving the performance, security and scalability of services in production for enterprise customers.
- Grow the team. Share knowledge, support other engineers and help hire the people who join after you.
What will you bring?
A senior engineer who makes a difference.
- Senior .NET experience. 5+ years building production back-end systems in C#, ASP.NET and Entity Framework, including .NET 10, with strong fundamentals in performance and a real affinity for good code design, refactoring and testability. You are also comfortable working with legacy systems on .NET Framework 4.8.
- APIs, systems and data. Strong experience designing RESTful APIs and distributed systems, working with Elasticsearch, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes and various Azure services, and building on relational databases such as SQL Server.
- Full-stack skills. Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript, including state management libraries and integrating front ends with back-end APIs.
- Testing and delivery. Experience with xUnit or NUnit and integration testing, and a working understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaboration. You work well with engineers, product managers and DevOps, and you make the people around you better. You are at home in Jira and Confluence.
- Ambition and drive. You want to make a difference, take ownership and hold yourself to a high standard.
- Technical leadership. A track record of setting standards or leading technical decisions is a strong plus, and essential for one of the two roles.
- SaaS experience. Experience with SaaS platforms is a plus, though not required. Excellent English, written and spoken.
