Jaipur Robotics SA is seeking a Founder Associate to support the founders across operations, HR, investors and internal communications. You will own administrative processes, coordinate stakeholder interactions, organize travel and events, and help scale the company’s day-to-day operations in a fast-growing AI/robotics startup.

You will work closely with leadership, interface with employees, investors, and external partners, and contribute to improving HR and operational workflows as the company

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English and German/Italian.
• Strong communication skills and a professional approach when interacting with clients, investors, employees, and external partners.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can change quickly.

Aufgaben

• Act as a central point of contact between shareholders, investors, the board, founders, and employees.
• Coordinate communication and information flow between different stakeholders.
• Support the founders with investor updates, reporting, and communication.
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and support the founders with operational activities.
• Organize business travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and travel schedules.
• Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings; organize meeting rooms and logistics.
• Coordinate client and investor visits to Jaipur Robotics and project sites.
• Support HR processes: hiring, onboarding and documentation.
