Allocator One GmbH is seeking an Associate to build the engine behind our AI-first asset-management platform in Vienna or London. You will shape workflows, automate processes, and develop market intelligence from our large deal flow, reporting to a Founding Partner.

The role blends investor relations, finance, and technology in a fast-paced, founding-team setting. You will own the creation and defense of fund return models and work directly with the founders on decision-ready analyses, data

Qualifikationen

• Must demonstrate a proven track record of delivering impactful work.
• Strong quantitative skills with ability to defend financial models.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus given Vienna base.

Aufgaben

• Identify workflows that can be automated and build the agents that do it.
• Build and defend fund return models (MOIC, IRR, DPI, carry, fees).
• Turn deal flow into market intelligence and actionable insights.
• Shape the LP portal to enhance investor experience with data and performance.
• Own LP relationships end to end: onboarding, due diligence, follow-ups.
