Job summary

YouGov is expanding its Shopper team and collaborating with Heco to create a Finnish market dataset and a national shopper panel for FMCG insights. The Data Management Specialist will set up and maintain a Finnish-focused database, oversee product classifications, and help automate data tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business/marketing/data/analytics field or related area.
• Strong Finnish language skills and good English.
• Genuine interest in FMCG and retail; eagerness to learn Finnish market.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain a Finnish FMCG database and map the retail landscape.
• Support and monitor product classification processes with automated tools and human input.
• Review, validate and resolve classification exceptions.
• Improve data quality standards and classification accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline data management, including automation.
