Job summary

YouGov CP Austria GmbH in Vienna is seeking a proactive Data Production Expert to join the YouGov Shopper team and help expand panels across Austria and Switzerland. You will oversee product classification, validate exceptions, and support data matching using automated tools and human expertise.

This role offers collaboration with commercial, technology, and operations stakeholders, a chance to influence data quality and contribute to new collection methods in FMCG analytics.

Qualifications

• Master's or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, data analytics or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in German and English; French/Italian a bonus.
• Experience with Excel and data handling of large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product classification processes and ensure correct grouping/attributes using automated tools and human review.
• Review, validate and resolve classification exceptions where automation needs human input.
• Improve data quality and management via automation to enhance recognition and classification accuracy.
• Assist in matching the existing purchase database to newly measured data, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
