Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or university degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of proven work experience in a customer service or commercial environment.
• Fluent German and English; knowledge of any Eastern European language is a bonus.
• Service-oriented mindset with proactive and reliable teamwork.
• Collaborate across teams to build understanding and coordinate effectively.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Experience with master data management and SAP.
• Understand OTC (Order-to-Cash) end-to-end processes.
• Able to work in international environments.

Aufgaben

• Be a primary contact for customers regarding projects, documentation, offers and order-related topics.
• Enter and update projects and coordinate with Application, Portfolio Management, Pricing, and Regulatory teams to ensure fast project execution.
• Reach out to customers with the Key Account Managers for project feedback.
• Maintain customer price lists in cooperation with Key Account Managers, Pricing Department, and customers.
• Provide support to customers on order-related and service topics, ensuring high service standards.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and implement initiatives that improve customer satisfaction.
• Lead Commercial Data management activities across the SEE region with accurate master data maintenance.
• Drive data maintenance to support performance measurement, target setting, and rewards for commercial teams.
• Manage complex interactions with diverse partners across locations.
• Support and train local Sales Teams, sharing best practices across EE key user community.
• Contribute to Performance Management through analyses, reporting, and insights.
• Participate in regional projects with IT, Sales, and Controlling teams.
