BRP-Rotax invites a Finance Improvement Project Leader to join our international team. You will drive transformation and continuous improvement within the Finance organization, partnering with General Accounting, EFSSC, and Controlling to boost efficiency and digital innovation.

You will coordinate SAP FI/CO initiatives, prepare decision materials, and lead process optimization across CAPEX, asset management, and travel expenses while building strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's and Master's in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years in a finance position.
• Experience in project management is a strong asset.
• Advanced SAP FI/CO and Excel skills.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Strong analytical, proactive, and relationship-building skills.

Your new adventure

As Finance Improvement Project Leader, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the transformation and continuous improvement of the BRP Rotax Finance organization. Acting as a key partner to General Accounting, the European Finance Shared Service Center (EFSSC), and Controlling teams, you will drive initiatives that enhance operational excellence, process efficiency, and digital innovation across the Finance function.

• Support the coordination, execution, and follow-up of software-related projects across General Accounting, EFSSC, and Controlling, as well as in collaboration with several departments outside of Finance.
• Prepare business cases and decision‑making materials for Finance leadership.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking studies related to software solutions.
• Implement SAP FI/CO projects in collaboration with the Finance IT Coordinator.
• Optimize Finance processes through automation and programming initiatives.
• Analyze and redesign business processes (e.g., CAPEX planning and reporting, digital fixed asset inventory management, travel expense management).

Your Skills And Experiences

• Bachelor's and Master Degree in Finance Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a finance position
• Experience in project management would be a strong asset
• Advanced technical expertise in financial systems and tools, particularly SAP FI/CO and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in German and in English.
• Drive and go getter approach, determination to overcome challenges and resourceful problem‑solver that delivers win‑win solutions.
• Strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and a highly structured approach to work
• Good ability to understand, build and maintain strong business relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 60,962.32 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance‑related salary with corresponding overpayment.
