You will provide administrative support, coordinate procedures, handle inquiries, manage documents, and assist students in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or higher education.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in an administrative role.
• Excellent written and spoken German and good English.
• Strong MS Office knowledge and interest in databases/digital management systems (e.g., AcademyFIVE).
• Precise, structured, and independent work style with strong organizational skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills and a service-oriented demeanor.

Aufgaben

• Provide administrative and organizational support in various departments of the faculty, and independently handle ongoing administrative tasks.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement internal procedures, schedules, and organizational processes.
• Handle and coordinate internal and external inquiries, liaise with organizational units within the faculty.
• Create, prepare, and manage documents, records, and reports, and maintain data in internal systems/databases.
• Communicate with and assist students in German and English.
• Contribute to the development and optimization of administrative structures and workflows.
