First-Level Support for SAP EWM: Serve as the primary point of contact for operational employees regarding SAP EWM-related questions and issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the customer’s system.
Bridging Operations, IT, and Customer requirements: Coordinate collaboration between operational teams, customer key users, and the IT department to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Training and Knowledge Transfer: Deliver training sessions, onboarding activities, and short learning modules. Communicate new functionalities and process changes in a clear, practical, and user-friendly manner.
Process Stability and Continuous Improvement: Support system rollouts, changes, testing activities, and updates to ensure stable and efficient operational processes.
Structured Incident and Ticket Management: Document, analyze, and elevate more complex system-related issues, while tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up through resolution.
The starting salary for this position is €3,800.00 gross per month. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, we are willing to offer a higher salary.
