You will bridge operations, IT, and customer requirements, deliver training and knowledge transfer, and work on process stability and improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments.
• Knowledge of SAP EWM or experience as a Key User, Super User, or Power User of an ERP or Warehouse Management System.
• Very good English skills; German is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• First-Level Support for SAP EWM: act as the primary contact for operational employees with SAP EWM questions and issues.
• Bridge Operations, IT, and Customer requirements to ensure effective communication and resolution.
• Deliver training sessions, onboarding activities, and short learning modules; communicate new functionalities clearly.
• Support system rollouts, changes, testing activities, and updates to ensure stable processes.
• Document, analyze, and escalate complex system-related issues and track progress to resolution.
