Qualifikationen

  • Experience in logistics, data centres or white-glove services is an advantage.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills are essential.

  • Leadership & team development: take on technical and disciplinary leadership of the on-site team and foster a high-performing environment.
  • Operational management: ensure smooth day-to-day data centre operations, service delivery, escalation management and safety.
  • Resource & capacity planning: plan shifts, allocate staff and equipment, ensure high utilization.
  • Processes & continuous improvement: analyze KPIs, identify improvements and implement lean processes.
  • Customer communication & stakeholder management: communicate professionally with customers and ensure service levels.
  • Facility & safety management: manage facility topics, ensure SOP compliance and a safe working environment.

Job Description

Do you want to take responsibility where technology, operations and performance come together? In the role of Supervisor Data Centre (m/f/d), you will lead a technical on-site team, ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maintain professional customer relationships. You will create a proactive, safe and high-performing work environment and drive the continuous improvement of processes and workflows. Are you on it?

  • Leadership & team development: You take on both technical and disciplinary leadership of the technical on-site team. You support the development of your team members and create a high-performing, trust-based working environment.
  • Operational management: You ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the data centre - from task coordination and service delivery to escalation management and occupational safety.
  • Resource and capacity planning: You plan shifts efficiently, allocate staff and equipment effectively and ensure high utilization.
  • Processes & continuous improvement: You analyse relevant KPIs, identify improvement potential and implement measures to establish lean, structured and sustainable processes.
  • Customer communication & stakeholder management: You communicate professionally with customers, act as a representative of the company and ensure that service levels, standards and expectations are met.
  • Facility & safety management: You are responsible for facility-related topics, ensure compliance with SOPs and safety requirements and maintain a safe, well-organized working environment.
Qualifications
  • You are flexible, resilient and confident in critical, fast-paced technical environments.
  • You work in a structured, organized way and have high quality standards.
  • You communicate clearly, professionally and confidently – both internally and externally.
  • You can manage several priorities at the same time without losing sight of the bigger picture.
  • Experience in logistics, data centres or white-glove services is an advantage.
  • You have very good user knowledge of IT tools (Microsoft Office/Office 365).
  • You understand team dynamics, reporting structures and customer-oriented operational processes.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills are essential.
Additional Information

The starting salary for this position is €3,600.00 gross per month. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, we are willing to offer a higher salary.
