Go Fractional is seeking a Director of Sales Training, Europe to architect and lead the European Commercial Training & Capabilities strategy. You will design curricula, author content, and coach field teams to enable high-impact customer engagement across Europe.

You will collaborate with GMs and cross-functional leaders to ensure training aligns with regional strategies, launches, and compliant practices while leveraging digital tools.

Qualifikationen

• BS/BA degree with 12+ years of experience including 7+ years in pharma and 5+ years in sales training.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
• Experience across digital disciplines: paid media, SEO, digital analytics, UX design, email marketing.
• Experience with creative/media agencies and budget management; EFPIA/regulatory awareness.

Aufgaben

• Architect the European Capability Blueprint and multi-year training strategy.
• Design and facilitate high-impact training workshops (sales bootcamps, negotiation, value-based selling).
• Conduct field visits and co-travel to coach field teams and refine curricula.
• Create just-in-time toolkits and micro-learning assets for field needs.
• Lead commercial launch readiness training for European product launches.
• Measure ROI with dashboards and analytics; collaborate with regional stakeholders.
