You will optimize processes with lean methods, monitor KPIs, manage machine setup and production orders, and foster continuous improvement. Strong communication and entrepreneurial mindset are essential for success in this high-tech environment.

Qualifikationen

Technical training with production experience.
Experience in team leadership and shop floor management.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and problem-solving methods.
Proficiency in using ERP systems and MS Office; understanding of KPIs.
Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
