Zusammenfassung

SKIDATA, part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, is seeking a Procurement Specialist (m/f/d) to own a varied international procurement portfolio, negotiate with suppliers, and drive cost optimisation across subsidiaries.

You'll collaborate with R&D, product management, finance, and legal to align procurement across products and services. The role offers a flexible hybrid model in Grödig, Austria, with growth opportunities and a competitive base salary.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical education with commercial/procurement background.
• 5+ years experience in project or technical procurement, ideally international or multi-site.
• Strong negotiation skills and proven supplier/contract management experience.
• Fluent German (C1) and English in writing and speaking.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office; knowledge of customs/EU regulations is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage supplier relationships, contracts, prices and procurement risks.
• Develop sourcing strategies via market analysis and tenders.
• Collaborate with R&D, product management and procurement teams across sites.
• Support cost reduction, demand forecasting, stock optimisation and appropriate order quantities.
• Coordinate procurement activities across SKIDATA subsidiaries and drive global projects.
