AGRANA Group in Vienna seeks an EUA Business Controller & Finance Analyst to blend business partnering, controlling and analytics across Europe. You will deliver transparent financial insights, support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews, and work with Finance, Commercial and Operations teams to improve profitability.

Qualifikationen

Education in Economics or Finance.
At least 5 years in finance, controlling or business partnering.
Strong problem solving and business acumen.
Excellent English; other languages a plus.
Excel, SAP S/4HANA and AFO skills required.

Aufgaben

Partner with stakeholders across Finance and business functions on regional topics.
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, risks, opportunities, and variances.
Support decision-making via modeling and scenarios.
Deliver reporting, dashboards, and management insights that enhance transparency.
Monitor profitability and cost development across European entities.
Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to evaluate performance and opportunities.
Support budgeting, forecasting, latest estimate, and monthly performance reviews.
Drive profitability improvement initiatives and investment evaluations.
