Zusammenfassung

AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG is seeking an experienced finance professional to join the Division Controlling team in Vienna. You will partner with regional finance teams and senior stakeholders to drive planning, forecasting, and reporting across the division, while advancing automation and governance.

The role requires deep financial judgment, a university degree in business/finance/controlling, and excellent English with German as an advantage.

Qualifikationen

Several years of professional experience in financial controlling, FP&A or finance business partnering.
Strong financial judgement with the ability to challenge assumptions and identify key drivers.
Experience working with senior decision-makers across functions, cultures and geographies.

Aufgaben

Lead planning and forecasting cycles across the division with governance and reliable delivery.
Own divisional management reporting including KPI dashboards and executive commentary.
Act as a trusted business partner by analysing P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow developments.
Translate insights into concise messages and recommendations for the CFO and senior stakeholders.
Improve reporting structures, automate processes and enhance front-end reporting tools.
Strengthen finance governance and knowledge sharing within the division.
Lead ad hoc analyses and cross-functional projects beyond recurring cycles.
