Qualifikationen

• 5-10 years’ experience in commercial account management preferably within the ingredient processing industry.
• Strong technical understanding of ingredients and their applications, with the ability to discuss customer needs and collaborate with technical teams.

Aufgaben

• Own and develop a portfolio of customers, driving profitable growth and long-term partnerships
• Build and execute account plans aligned with BCIP regional strategy
• Identify, develop and convert a robust sales pipeline in CRM (Atlas)
• Lead pricing, negotiations, and contract management in line with company guidelines
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer projects and win new business. Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and market insight generation to support decision-making
