Zusammenfassung

DSM Nutritional Products is seeking an analytical and business-oriented Site Controller to partner with production sites in Herzogenburg, Tulln (Austria) and Dobroszyce (Poland). You will drive budgeting, forecasting, product costing, and governance to support strategic decisions and operational excellence.

The role requires 2–5 years in finance/controlling, strong Excel and MS Office skills, fluent English, and German language as a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Audit, or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
• Experience in manufacturing finance, operations controlling, or cost accounting is an advantage
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluent English, communicative in German would be benefical, with communication and stakeholder management skills

Aufgaben

• Act as the key finance business partner for plant management and support strategic decision-making
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial performance management.
• Drive product costing, cost analysis, and manufacturing efficiency improvements
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve cash flow, inventory, and CAPEX performance
• Support business transformation, operational improvement, and investment projects
• Ensure strong financial governance through effective processes, controls, and cross-functional collaboration
• Involvement in regional and global activities / projects
