Job summary

Bybit, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, is looking for a testing and release specialist to oversee the Bybit EU test management framework, including test processes, data, environments, and team setup.

You will work with business SRE and other teams to coordinate releases to Bybit EU, participate in or lead testing activities, ensure the quality of the tested system, and address technical problems in the testing process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in computer-related fields.
• Strong English and Chinese communication skills.
• Experience with software development processes and testing.
• Knowledge of automated testing and testing tools.
• Experience with crypto exchange is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Bybit EU test management framework and processes.
• Collaborate with SRE to control EU releases.
• Lead or participate in overall testing and ensure changes meet business needs.
• Ensure quality of the tested system and resolve testing issues.

Responsibility

• (New) Oversee and advice on Bybit EU test management framework including test processes, test data, test environment and test teams' setup
• Work with business SRE and other relevant teams to control all releases to Bybit EU
• Participate in or lead the execution of overall testing and be responsible for all the changes fulfilling the business needs
• Ensure the quality of the tested system and solve technical problems in the testing process;

Qualifications

• Strong command of English and Chines
• Bachelor degree or above with computer, mathematics, information management and other related majors;
• Familiar with at least one programming language such as C, C++, Java, Python, Perl, etc.
• Familiar with software development process, master software testing theory and methods, design and develop testing tools, automated testing and better frame capacity
• Experience with crypto exchange
