Job summary

Bybit in Vienna, Austria, seeks a Payments Product Business Development Manager to own the lifecycle of payment products across Europe, driving B2B client acquisition and shaping the product roadmap in collaboration with sales and regulatory partners.

Ideal candidates have 4-6 years in banking/payments/fintech as a Product Owner/Manager or technical solutions engineer, with deep knowledge of SEPA/SWIFT and digital assets, plus English and German fluency (Chinese a plus).

Qualifications

4-6 years of experience in banking, payments, or fintech as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Technical Solutions Engineer.
Proven experience building and launching new product lines or businesses.
Solid understanding of EU financial regulations, AML, and KYC processes.
Excellent stakeholder management; English and German preferred; other European languages and Chinese a plus.

Responsibilities

Strategic Reporting: Direct report to Head of Payments EU / Managing Director of Bybit Payments GmbH.
Product Ownership: Lead the lifecycle of payment products including accounts, international transfers, cards, digital payments, digital wallets, FIAT currencies and stablecoins.
Business Development: Drive B2B client acquisition, support high-level pitches, advise on API integrations for fiat and EMT flows, establish strategic partnerships, translate market demands into the product roadmap.
Stakeholder Management: Interface between technical teams, legal & compliance, AML, payments operations, sales, and external financial partners.
Project Management: Lead big project setup and management from conception to execution.
