DESCOURS & CABAUD, a European leader in professional distribution, seeks a Category Development Director EU – Industry to steer the Group’s European industrial offering. You will shape strategy, lead roadmap development, and drive multi-country collaboration across markets.

You will travel regularly within Europe, lead European Category Committees, and partner with Marketing, Sales and Supply to deliver competitive value propositions in a matrix organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial environments with multi-country context.
• Strong market, product, commercial and marketing expertise.
• Ability to analyse trends and build competitive value propositions.
• Experience in supplier selection, management and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Group’s European Industrial offering strategy.
• Build and roll out the offer development roadmap with markets.
• Lead European Category Committees and coordinate country stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency and updates to the offering framework.
• Support European marketing, BD and supplier consolidation strategies.
