Job summary

ISG Personalmanagement GmbH in Vienna is searching for a Technical Product Manager to lead the backend ETF integration from ground up. You will shape architecture, define APIs (REST/WebSocket) and data flows for ETF trading, settlements, and real-time pricing, collaborating with engineering and financial partners.

We seek a candidate with a strong technical product background, experience in fintech, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifications

• Experience as Technical Product Manager or Backend PO in fintech, capital markets.
• Strong ETF trading knowledge: creations/redemptions, pricing feeds, settlement workflows.
• Expertise in API design (REST, WebSockets, FIX) and microservices.
• Experience launching features in greenfield projects from scratch.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Product Conception (0-to-1) for ETF integration.
• API & Integration Design with custodians, market makers, exchanges, and data providers.
• Translate business requirements into technical user stories; manage sprints with backend teams.
• Design and optimize ETF order execution, settlement processes, and data models.
• Vendor & Market Alignment with external infrastructure partners and liquidity providers.
