Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, Austia-based Surgery MedTech unit, seeks an Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator to support the General Manager and leadership team in Austria. You will organize calendars, travel, governance processes and prepare leadership materials while coordinating cross-functional activities across Sales, Marketing, Tender & Contracting, Finance and HR.

This role emphasizes stakeholder coordination, project execution and driving operational excellence in a dynamic MedTech

Qualifications

• Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings, events and cross-functional processes.
• Excellent written and verbal German and English communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to General Manager and Surgery Leadership Team.
• Manage calendars, travel, meetings and related admin tasks.
• Prepare presentations, reports and leadership updates.
• Coordinate governance meetings, reviews and action trackers.
• Support Events, Congresses and customer engagement ops.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and process improvements.
