Zusammenfassung

Jobgether is assisting a partner company in seeking a Project Risk Manager for the EMEA region, based in Switzerland. You will lead risk governance for a complex AI infrastructure portfolio and partner with project directors, engineers, procurement, and operations to make uncertainty visible and actionable.

You will run qualitative and quantitative risk analyses, build risk registers, and provide insights to senior leadership to influence investment decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, Finance, or related discipline.
• Significant experience in risk management, project controls, or project delivery within complex EPC/infrastructure programmes.
• Experience leading project and portfolio risk management with assurance.
• Understanding of cost, schedule, contingency, and project controls in risk contexts.
• Advanced quantitative risk analysis and probabilistic techniques experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead regional risk governance across the EMEA portfolio and establish standards.
• Embed risk management throughout the project lifecycle with cross‑functional teams.
• Provide independent risk oversight and challenge to leadership.
• Develop risk dashboards and analytics for cost, schedule, and capacity.
• Identify systemic risks and translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Conduct Monte Carlo simulations, SRA, scenario analyses and contingency work.
