Jobgether in Switzerland is seeking a Procurement Director to lead the EMEA portfolio within a fast-growing AI infrastructure environment. You will head the regional Category Management team and shape sourcing standards across long-lead equipment and infrastructure spend.

This senior role combines strategic leadership with hands-on procurement planning, supplier relationships, and risk management, working with delivery, legal, and project controls to align sourcing with milestones.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of procurement experience in data centers, energy, major infrastructure, or large-scale construction environments.

Aufgaben

• Lead the EMEA Category Management team and execute category strategy across long-lead equipment, MEP, whitespace, modular and prefabricated packages, consultants, and services.
• Develop and maintain preferred supplier partnerships and ensure strong commercial performance.
• Implement global sourcing standards, policies, and end-to-end processes across the EMEA region with escalations to global leadership.
• Own procurement plans for active projects, aligning sourcing with work packages and delivery schedules.
• Secure critical long-lead equipment and manage schedule-critical supply risks early.
• Lead negotiations for regional supply and framework agreements with OEMs and suppliers.
• Provide functional leadership to project procurement leads in EMEA and set quality/delivery standards.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to ensure procurement activities align with project milestones.
• Provide regional visibility on supplier spend and procurement risks for senior leadership.
