Anritsu seeks an Internal Auditor for the EMEA region to strengthen governance, enhance risk management, and promote transparency across the group. You will work with regional leadership and the Global Audit Department in Japan, reporting to the Managing Director of AEH.

The role offers broad exposure across multiple countries, auditing EMEA subsidiaries, evaluating J-SOX controls, and ensuring compliance with GHQ and local regulations. Strong English and five years in audits are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in business/ accounting/ law or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in audits and/or accounting.
• Familiarity with developing and executing compliance and risk management.
• Broad skill set covering corporate law, finance, accounting, and governance.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, responsible and adaptable to changing environments.
• Strong communication to build relationships with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Internal audits for the EMEA regional subsidiaries in collaboration with the Global Audit Dept.
• J-SOX internal control evaluation for AEH and EMEA subsidiaries.
• Promote compliance with GHQ and subsidiary departments.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide reporting to AEH GM and related parties.
• Provide administrative support to the group’s global committee of audit as the EMEA liaison.
• Provide updates on statutory, regulatory, and governance issues to AEH GM and subsidiaries.
