Zusammenfassung

Bybit EU is seeking an experienced IT Audit Manager to lead risk-based technology audits across its EU operations, with emphasis on ICT governance, cybersecurity, and data protection. You will collaborate with Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to assess control design and effectiveness against EU regulatory requirements.

The role reports to the EU Head of Audit and requires strong stakeholder management across regions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• 8–12 years of experience in IT audit, technology risk, ICT risk, or technology assurance.
• Strong experience leading technology audits independently from risk assessment to remediation validation.
• Experience within EU-regulated financial institutions, payment services, or crypto-asset environments is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• EU Technology Audit Delivery: Lead and execute risk-based IT audits across EU operations, covering key technology and ICT risk areas.
• Assess ICT governance and controls against EU regulatory requirements (DORA, MiCA, GDPR, NIS2, EBA guidelines).
• Collaborate with Global IT Audit on shared platforms and group-wide processes while tailoring to EU requirements.
• Contribute to EU risk assessment and IT audit plan in light of regulatory priorities and evolving ICT landscape.
• Develop audit findings with root-cause analysis and practical remediation recommendations.
• Support EU regulatory inspections, licensing, and post-licensing reviews where relevant.
