TAIT Communications GmbH seeks an experienced accounting professional to manage IFRS month-end closing for EMEA entities and support group reporting. You will review financial statements, perform reconciliations, file VAT returns, and ensure local regulatory compliance while collaborating with leadership teams and outsourced partners.

We value expertise in ERP systems (SAP S4 Hana/R/3/Fiori), strong Excel skills, and fluency in English and German.

Qualifikationen

• CIMA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in an international accounting environment.
• Knowledge and experience with ERP systems; SAP S4 Hana, R/3 or Fiori is advantageous.
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Fluent in English and German; French advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to work remotely and communicate effectively with remote teams.

Aufgaben

• Perform month-end accounting activities per IFRS for all EMEA entities.
• Review monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for group reporting and identify improvements.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve outstanding items.
• Provide financial analysis and accounting support for leadership teams.
• Prepare and file VAT returns and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Post intra-company recharges and transfer pricing adjustments; co-ordinate annual external audit.
• Calculate monthly sales commissions and support forecasting with variance analysis.
• Collaborate with outsourced partners to prepare local GAAP financial statements.
• Engage in ad hoc reporting, analysis or projects as required.
• Monitor and control operating expenses vs. budget.
