Bybit Limited is seeking a senior audit professional to lead and execute internal audits across EU operations, reporting to the Head of Internal Audit (EU). Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years of experience in internal audit or related risk/control functions in financial services, fintech, or crypto.
• Strong and up‑to‑date knowledge of Austrian and EU regulatory frameworks.
• Hands‑on approach with ability to perform audits personally when needed.
• Professional certifications (CIA, CISA, CAMS, ICA, etc.) are required.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English for regulators and stakeholders.
• Outstanding project management and ability to manage multiple audits and deadlines.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities; experience in a global organization with cross‑regional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Web3 and crypto ecosystems is a strong plus.

Aufgaben

• Plan and execute risk‑based internal audits end‑to‑end across finance, operations, compliance, IT, and cybersecurity.
• Support the Head of IA in developing the internal audit framework and annual plan for Bybit EU.
• Collaborate with Global IA to align with group standards and contribute to global audits.
• Coordinate with co‑sourcing partners during transition from outsourced audits to in‑house capability.
• Assess and monitor adherence to Austrian and EU regulatory requirements; identify and remediate control weaknesses.
• Perform detailed audit work including walkthroughs, testing, and issue validation.
• Prepare clear audit reports with findings, root causes, and remediation recommendations.
• Stay updated on MiCA, MiFID II, GDPR, AMLD, DORA, EMI frameworks and crypto/fintech risks.
