Qualifikationen
- Senior sales leadership experience in Life Science tools, diagnostics, lab automation, or related markets.
- 7+ years in international sales and marketing roles within the industry or related industries.
- Strong budgeting, planning, and forecasting capabilities.
- Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.
Aufgaben
- Own the EMEA sales P&L and deliver revenue growth and margin discipline.
- Translate global strategy into regional priorities and drive execution.
- Spearhead disciplined pipeline management and territory performance down to field level.
- Engage directly in key customer, partner, and deal negotiations as a player-coach.
- Build and restructure regional teams for speed, accountability and impact.
