The Voith Group in Austria invites applications for Head of Controlling EMEA in St. Pölten or Heidenheim. You will steer financial performance across the EMEA region and partner with the Executive Team and regional units.

This role requires 5–10 years in a similar role, strong ERP/SAP, BI skills, and fluency in German and English. Travel up to 25% and a track record in transformation and Shared Services.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance.
• 5–10 years in a similar role.
• Experience with ERP/SAP and BI.
• Strong Excel, data analytics and automation tools.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Leadership, strategic thinking and PM skills.
• Experience in transformation and Shared Services.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.

Aufgaben

• Act as strategic partner to the EMEA Executive Team.
• Lead controlling and reporting for EMEA Operating Units.
• Harmonize controlling, reporting and finance processes.
• Drive regional transformation, automation and shared services.
• Lead performance reviews with OU leadership.
• Manage monthly actuals and rolling forecasts.
