Anritsu EMEA GmbH invites a General Manager to shape and operate the AEH platform for the EMEA region. You will lead cross-border governance, drive efficiency, and coordinate with AEH leadership and Anritsu HQ to ensure compliant, scalable operations.

The role demands senior leadership experience, strategic execution, and strong stakeholder management across Finance, HR, Legal, IT, and Compliance in a matrix environment. Hybrid work is offered in Wien.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/related field.
• Senior leadership experience in international or multi-country operations.
• Strong governance, compliance, and risk management capabilities.
• Experience with shared services and organizational transformation.

Aufgaben

• Establish AEH as a regional operating platform for the EMEA region.
• Lead governance, reporting, and compliance standards across subsidiaries.
• Support post-merger integration and PMI alignment with Anritsu standards.
• Coordinate with regional and global leadership to set priorities and resolve issues.
