You will drive growth strategy, build a compelling portfolio story, and lead marketing for launches, pricing, and installed-base expansion while aligning global and regional teams to deliver

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Bioengineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Ten or more years of marketing experience, including product marketing
• Experience leading global teams
• Experience in product launches, commercialization, pricing or portfolio strategy
• Healthcare or medical technology experience required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Aufgaben

• Shape the Growth Strategy: Define and implement the global growth strategy for the business, identifying growth opportunities and prioritizing investments.
• Build the Portfolio Story: Translate technology, evidence and roadmaps into compelling stories and ensure launches connect to the portfolio narrative.
• Drive Commercial Results: Lead marketing for launches, pricing, installed-base growth and customer activation to increase awareness, preference, adoption and revenue.
• Connect Global and Regional Teams: Ensure global strategy works in local markets with clear alignment across functions.
• Lead the Marketing Team: Develop a global marketing and product management organization with a customer-focused, creative, accountable culture.
