Zusammenfassung

Starlinger & Co Gesellschaft m.b.H. in Austria is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer (m/f/d) to develop new electrical equipment from concept to fully functional machines.

You will balance technical creativity with statutory compliance in an international team, based in Weissenbach an der Triesting. You will use E-Plan to create circuit diagrams, select components with mechanical colleagues, and support both new designs and improvements to existing series products.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical training in electrical engineering (HTL or FH) or equivalent.
• Proficiency with E-Plan or similar schematic capture tools.
• Experience with drive technology and safety standards.
• Strong German and English communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Draw circuit diagrams for machines using E-Plan and ensure BOM accuracy.
• Select and size components in consultation with mechanical engineers.
• Work on new designs and improvements for series products.
• Test setups/prototypes to verify designs on machines and refine them.
• Document steps thoroughly to enable knowledge transfer within the team.
• Ensure compliance with EU and country-specific standards.

You are passionate about the development of new electrical equipment, from the "drawing board" to a fully functional machine, and you are able to balance technical creativity with compliance with standards. If you´d like to contribute all your expertise as an electical engineer to a successful, international team, then you´ve come to the right place here in Weissenbach!

That´s what your role is all about

• You will use E-Plan to draw up all the circuit diagrams for our machines and will be responsible for the accuracy of the resulting bills of material.
• In consultation with our mechnical designers, you will be responsible for the correct selection and dimensioning of components.
• Both new design work and improvements to series support call upon your expertise on a daily basis.
• Through test set-ups and prototypes, you can see your designs in action on the machine itself and thus refine them further.
• You place great importance on documenting each step so that you can pass on your expertise to others and thus continue to grow as a team.
• Compliance with EU and country specific standards and guidelines in mechanical engineering is a key priority for you in creating high-quality products.
