Zusammenfassung

Starlinger in Weissenbach an der Triesting sucht einen CAD Design Engineer (m/f/d) zur Entwicklung moderner, robuster und kostenoptimierter Kunststoff- und Textilemaschinen. Sie erstellen 3D-CAD-Entwürfe, testen vor Ort mit der F&E-Abteilung und erhalten zeitnah Feedback.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören das Erstellen und Pflegen von Fertigungsunterlagen, Stücklisten im ERP-System sowie die Dokumentation gemäß Maschinenrichtlinie.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem technischen Bereich oder HTL im Maschinenbau.
• Mindestens 2 Jahre Design-Erfahrung mit 3D CAD – bei mehr Erfahrung gerne.
• Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift beherrschen.
• Große Detailgenauigkeit und Freude an der technischen Problemlösung.

Aufgaben

• Moderne, robuste und kostenoptimierte Kunststoff- und Textilmaschinen entwickeln.
• 3D-CAD-Konstruktionen erstellen, Ergebnisse vor Ort mit F&E testen und Feedback erhalten.
• Alle relevanten Fertigungsunterlagen erstellen und pflegen, insbesondere Werkstattzeichnungen und Stücklisten im ERP-System, sowie Übersicht der Anlage.
• Alle technischen Aufzeichnungen gemäß Maschinenrichtlinie MRD/MRL dokumentieren, mit Fokus auf Risiken, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Dokumentationsabteilung.
• Eng mit Elektrotechnik, Anwendungsengineering und Produktmanagement zusammenarbeiten, um neue Wege zu finden.
• Vertrags- bzw. Vertriebsteams fachlich beraten.

That´s what your role is all about

Developing modern, robust, and cost-optimized plastics and textile machinery.

Creating 3D CAD design drafts, testing the results on-site directly with our R&D department, and receiving immediate feedback on your solutions.

Generating and maintaining all relevant manufacturing documentation, especially workshop drawings and bills of materials (BOM) in the ERP system, as well as the plant overview for the respective machine family.

Assessing and documenting all technical records in accordance with the Machinery Directive (MRL), with a particular focus on potential risks, in close cooperation with the documentation department.

Collaborating closely with our electrical engineering, application engineering, and product management teams to find new paths and creative solutions.

Advising our sales team on technical matters on an occasional basis.

You can utilise these skills

You have a completed degree in a technical field or a higher technical college (HTL) qualification in mechanical engineering.

You have at least 2 years of design experience with 3D CAD – if you bring more experience, even better!

Communication in German and English (written and spoken) comes easily to you.

You work with a strong attention to detail and truly thrive on solving technical problems.
